- Crisis as Opportunity: The Revival of Thammasat Museum of Anthropology after the Flood Assoc. Prof. Podjanok Kanjanajuntorn, Ph.D.

   Assoc. Prof. Podjanok Kanjanajuntorn, Ph.D. from Thammasat University shares insights on the revival of the Thammasat Museum of Anthropology following the major flood in 2011. This session explores how the crisis provided an opportunity to improve the museum's infrastructure and conservation practices, turning a challenging situation into a transformative experience.

- DRM- It's a Must-have - Chalida Uabumrungjit

   Chalida Uabumrungjit from the Thai Film Archive emphasizes the necessity of Disaster Risk Management (DRM) in cultural preservation. Drawing on UNESCO reports and global best practices, this presentation highlights the urgent need for Southeast Asian institutions to enhance their disaster preparedness to safeguard irreplaceable cultural heritage.

    Disapong Netlomwong is a Senior Curator at the Office of National Museums, Fine Arts Department. He has curated numerous special exhibitions both in Thailand and abroad.
