- Financially Resilient Museums: Strategies for Sustainable Operations and Optimized Resource ManagementPanjit Pichitkul

   Panjit Pichitkul will explore strategies for achieving financial resilience in museums by diversifying revenue streams, optimizing cost structures, and leveraging partnerships. She will emphasize the role of digital technologies in generating new revenue opportunities and the importance of strategic financial planning.

   - Rethinking Museum Shops in the Context of Creative IndustryShaw Hong Ser

   ShawHong Ser, DBA. from Chulalongkorn University will examine the evolving role of museum shops within the creative industry. He will discuss how reconceptualizing museum shops can enhance museum revenues, foster the development of creative products and services, and boost museum tourism in the region.

  Biography

   Luckana Kunavichayanont is one of Thailand's leading figures in the art world, renowned for her significant contributions to the local art scene. As the longest-serving director of the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC), she was instrumental in driving its growth and establishing it as a cornerstone of cultural life in Bangkok. Under her visionary leadership, the BACC flourished, hosting numerous high-profile exhibitions and events that elevated the status of contemporary Thai art on the global stage. Currently, she continues to shape the future of the arts as an executive committee member of the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre Foundation, ensuring the sustained success and innovation of this vital cultural institution.
